By placing an order with MokiCrystalCollar, you agree to the following terms.

Products & Handmade Items
Many of our collars are handcrafted and made to order. Slight variations in color, crystal appearance, placement, and finish may occur due to the handmade nature of our products and differences in screen displays.

Processing & Shipping
Made-to-order items require approximately 3–5 business days for processing. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Orders & Payments
All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Orders must be paid in full before they are processed and shipped.

Returns & Refunds
We accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

Product Use & Pet Safety
Our collars and accessories are intended for decorative use. Please supervise your pet while wearing accessories and regularly check the product for signs of wear or damage. Remove the accessory if it becomes damaged or poses a potential safety risk.
